报道了新型激光上转换材料Ba2 ErCl7的单晶生长方法 .用“一步合成法”直接将Er2 O3 ,BaCl2 ·2H2 O和NH4Cl合成Ba2 ErCl7多晶料 ,并分别用提拉法和坩埚下降法得到 4mm× 8mm×1 5mm的优质大块单晶 ;用 80 3nm的LD泵浦时有强烈的黄绿光发射 ;用HITACHIU 35 0 0光谱仪首次测定晶体的透过光谱 .该晶体的截止波长为 2 30nm ,从近红外到近紫外波段有很好的透过率 .讨论了晶体的结构和激光上转换机制 .
Reported a new single crystal growth method of Ba2 ErCl7 laser upconversion material.The synthesis of Ba2 ErCl7 polycrystal with Er 2 O 3, BaCl 2 · 2H 2 O and NH 4 Cl directly by “one-step synthesis method” was obtained by Czochralski method and crucible drop method respectively 4mm × 8mm × 1 5mm high-quality bulk single crystal; with 80 3nm LD pumped strong yellow-green light emission; first measured by HITACHIU 35 0 0 spectrometer crystal transmission spectrum of the crystal cut-off wavelength of 230nm, From near-infrared to the near-ultraviolet band has a good transmittance. Discuss the crystal structure and laser up-conversion mechanism.
