通过炼钢-CSP-冷轧DQ级钢小批量的工业试验,研究了各工序工艺参数对DQ级钢力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,CSP-冷轧DQ级钢生产可采用与常规热轧相似的化学成分;CSP采用“二高一低”工艺能有效减少氮化铝的析出;增加冷轧压下率、降低退火加热速度、减少平整伸长率,DQ级钢力学性能显著提高。研究成果运用于实际生产中,涟钢DQ级产品广泛进入了车辆冲压板市场。
Through the small-batch industrial tests of steel-CSP-cold rolled DQ grade steel, the influence of process parameters on the mechanical properties of DQ steel was studied.
