采用 6kWCO2 激光器和同步送粉熔覆技术 ,在低合金结构钢 2 0CrMo上成功地获得大面积的钴基合金涂层。通过金相显微镜 ,X射线衍射技术对熔覆层的组织进行了分析 ,并测试了显微硬度、抗弯强度、耐蚀性能。结果表明 ,钴基合金涂层组织细密 ,是由Co过饱和固溶体 ,CrB ,M2 3 C6等相组成 ,与硬质合金热轧辊相比 ,其硬度略微提高 ,抗弯强度相当 ,耐腐蚀性能更为优越
A large area of Co-based alloy coating was successfully obtained on a low-alloy structural steel 20CrMo by using a 6kWCO2 laser and simultaneous powder feeding cladding technique. The microstructure of cladding layer was analyzed by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction, and the microhardness, flexural strength and corrosion resistance were tested. The results show that the microstructure of the Co-based alloy coating is composed of Co supersaturated solid solution, CrB, M2 3 C6 and other phases. Compared with the hard alloy hot roll, the Co-based alloy coating has a slightly increased hardness, relatively high flexural strength and better corrosion resistance For the superior
