以细胞因子、T 细胞亚群及 NK 细胞杀伤活性为观察指标,重点研究了梅花点舌丹抗 L_(7212)白血病实验性小鼠的治疗效果,并对药物作用机制进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)梅花点舌丹可促进正常机体分泌白细胞介素2(IL-2)、干扰素γ(IFNγ)水平,进而提高机体的体液及细胞免疫功能状态。(2)可降低 L_(7212)白血病瘤细胞异常分泌的白细胞介素1(IL-1)水平,从而抑制 L_(7212)白血病瘤细胞的生长。(3)可恢复 L_(7212)白血病小鼠细胞因子(CK)的分泌水平,提供恢复机体杀伤白血病瘤细胞的可能性。(4)可提高 L_(7212)白血病小鼠 NK 细胞的杀伤活性,这可能与梅花点舌丹促进相关细胞因子分泌有关。
Taking cytokines, T cell subsets and killing activity of NK cells as the observational indicators, the therapeutic effects of Meihua Dandigantine against experimental L_(7212) leukemia mice were studied in detail, and the mechanism of drug action was discussed. The results showed that: (1) Meihua Dancao Dan can promote the secretion of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interferon gamma (IFN gamma) levels in the normal body, and then improve the humoral and cellular immune function of the body. (2) It can reduce the IL-1 level of L_(7212) leukemia cells, which inhibits the growth of L_(7212) leukemia cells. (3) The level of secretion of cytokine (CK) in leukemia mice can be restored by L_(7212), providing the possibility of restoring the body’s ability to kill leukemic cells. (4) It can increase the killing activity of NK cells in L_(7212) leukemia mice, which may be related to the secretion of related cytokines by P. tigris.
