为了消除国产数控机床的早期故障,首先建立了早期故障的概念,然后从故障率浴盆曲线建模和分析入手,通过对收集的故障数据进行量化分析确定机床的早期故障期。在识别早期故障期拐点和深入分析早期故障产生原因的基础上,建立了早期故障消除的技术体系,阐述了早期故障消除过程,即故障收集、故障分析、可靠性试验、故障消除阶段的研究内容、思路和方法。结合可靠性试验技术,阐述了早期故障消除的机理。最后,将该技术应用到机床生产企业,案例表明该技术有助于提高机床的可靠性。
