:从油气输送管的主要失效模式和失效抗力指标出发,讨论了采用以断裂力学为主的设计准则时对管道材料的性能要求,并对控制材料屈强比的意义和油气输送管的韧性要求进行了详细讨论。作者认为,采用不同设计准则时,对其 性能要求应有所不同,在制定管道材料技术规范时,应以获得高的最佳性能指标组合值为依据。采用 Y B B 设计准则时的最佳性能指标组合为 K I Cσy ,采用 L B B 设计准则时的最佳性能指标组合为 K 2 I Cσy 。文中给出了与塑性失稳对应的管道材料韧性要求
: Based on the main failure modes and failure resistance indexes of oil and gas pipelines, the performance requirements of pipe materials when adopting the design criteria based on fracture mechanics are discussed.
