以SA和ST为基质材料制备SA/ST复合微球,由单因素固定变量实验对SA/ST复合微球的合成进行研究,得到最佳实验条件为:总质量分数为6%,SA、ST质量比例为3∶1。由红外光谱分析样品的化学结构,发现SA和ST之间通过氢键作用复合。研究结果表明,SA和ST总质量分数为6%时,微球有较高的包埋率和载药量,分别为65.00%和3.23%。载药微球在5~6h就可以达到完全释药,实验表明随着总质量分数增大微球的释药率降低。复合微球的溶血率为1.9%,小于国家标准5%,证明SA/ST复合微球有较好的血液相容性。
SA / ST composite microspheres were prepared by using SA and ST as matrix materials. The synthesis of SA / ST composite microspheres was studied by single factor experiment. The optimal experimental conditions were as follows: the total mass fraction was 6%, SA, ST The mass ratio is 3: 1. The chemical structure of the sample was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and it was found that the hydrogen bonding between SA and ST complexed. The results show that when the total mass fraction of SA and ST is 6%, the microspheres have higher embedding rate and drug loading, which are 65.00% and 3.23% respectively. Drug-loaded microspheres in 5 ~ 6h can be completely released, the experiment showed that with the increase in the total mass fraction of microspheres release rate decreased. The hemolytic rate of composite microspheres was 1.9%, less than 5% of the national standard, demonstrating that SA / ST composite microspheres have better hemocompatibility.
