介绍了苍苓口服液的制备工艺及质量标准研究。采用正交实验对制各工艺进行了研究,对处方中金银花、苍术、茯苓进行了薄层及化学鉴别,并以绿原酸为指标,采用紫外分光光度法对本品进行了定量研究。
The preparation process and quality standards of Cangwu oral liquid were introduced. Orthogonal experiments were used to study the various processes. Thin-layer and chemical identification of honeysuckle, atractylodes lanceolata, and alfalfa in prescriptions were carried out. Using chlorogenic acid as an index, the product was quantitatively studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
