随着中小学教师资格考试面试考生规模的逐次扩大,面试考官需求的逐渐增加,面试工作的组织难度也在不断加大。为此,回顾武汉市开展中小学教师资格考试面试的发展历程,立足于面试考官管理现状,以面试考官队伍建设为核心,深入分析当前面试考官队伍存在的基本问题,提出加强面试考官队伍建设的对策与建议,以期提高面试工作质量,促进考试事业持续健康发展。
With the gradual expansion of the size of the interviewers for primary and secondary teacher qualifications, the demand for interviewers and examiners has gradually increased, and the difficulty in organizing the interview has also been increasing. Therefore, reviewing the development course of Wuhan primary and junior high school teacher qualification examination interview, based on the current situation of interviewer examiner management, taking the interviewer examiner team construction as the core, this paper analyzes the basic problems of the current interviewer examiner team and proposes to strengthen the construction of the interviewer team Countermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve the quality of the interview and promote the sustained and healthy development of the examination.
