乾安油田是典型的三低油田,油井井深、井况复杂,特别是受腐蚀结垢、磨损等瓶颈问题的影响,油井维护性工作量始终居高不下,免修期得不到有效提升,与公司平均水平相比具有很大的差距。通过近几年油井作业原因分析,腐蚀结垢和偏磨是影响油井免修期的主要因素。因腐蚀结垢、磨损严重,导致高频作业井多,维护性工作量始终居高不下。为了有效治理高频井,我们研究探索了高频井治理配套技术。即常规配套技术和聚乙烯内衬管配套技术。特别是应用聚乙烯内衬管配套技术,取得了非常好的效果。
Qian’an Oilfield is a typical three-low oilfield with well depth and complicated well conditions, especially due to bottlenecks such as scaling, wear and corrosion. The maintenance workload of oil wells is always high, and the maintenance-free period can not be effectively enhanced. Compared with the average level of the company has a great gap. Through the analysis of oil well operations in recent years, corrosion and scaling and partial wear are the main factors that affect the oil well repair-free period. Due to corrosion and scaling, serious wear and tear, resulting in high-frequency operation wells and more maintenance work has always been high. In order to effectively control the high-frequency wells, we have explored the matching technology of high-frequency wells. That is, conventional supporting technology and polyethylene lined tube supporting technology. In particular, the application of polyethylene liner technology, and achieved very good results.
