目的:通过检测水通道蛋白2(aquaporin 2,AQP2)是否在人胎盘和胎膜组织中表达,探讨AQP2在羊水平衡中的意义。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学技术对5例足月正常分娩的胎盘和胎膜组织样本进行AQP2的检测。结果:RT-PCR显示AQP2mRNA水平在胎膜组织中有表达;免疫组化显示AQP2阳性着色主要分布于羊膜上皮细胞的胞膜和平滑绒毛膜滋养细胞。结论:AQP2在人胎膜组织中表达,提示其可能在羊水平衡的调节中发挥作用。
Objective: To investigate whether aquaporin 2 (AQP2) is expressed in human placenta and fetal membranes and to explore the significance of AQP2 in amniotic fluid balance. Methods: AQP2 was detected in 5 normal placenta and fetal membranes of full-term delivery by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of AQP2 mRNA in fetal membranes was detected by RT-PCR. Immunohistochemistry showed that the positive staining of AQP2 mainly distributed in the membrane of amniotic epithelial cells and the smooth trophoblast cells. Conclusion: The expression of AQP2 in human fetal membranes suggests that it may play a role in the regulation of amniotic fluid balance.
