近年来,已报道从成年的小鼠中分离得到心脏干细胞(Cardiac Stem.Cells CSCs),并且应用于心脏病的治疗.但是心脏干细胞特征尚未完全阐述.通过体外分离成年小鼠的心肌组织,进行培养,分离得到半悬浮状态的具有干细胞特性的细胞;利用流式细胞仪检测分离得到的心脏干细胞的表面分子表达情况;并且通过调整培养条件诱导其体外分化.研究结果显示成功分离得到的心脏干细胞,表达干细胞标志分子Sca-1,以及间充质干细胞标志分子(CD29、CD90、CD44和CD106);体外分化研究显示心脏干细胞可以分化成心肌细胞、平滑肌细胞、脂肪细胞和成骨细胞.心脏干细胞具有间充质干细胞的特性,具有多向分化潜能,在心脏损伤的治疗中具有重要意义.
