液态铝对 Al2 O3不润湿使该体系复合材料制备困难 ,性能也难以提高。本研究采用改进的座滴法装置测定了纯铝和 Al- La合金在 Al2 O3表面的润湿性 ,并用电子探针分析了 Al- La合金与 Al2 O3的界面。结果表明 :少量稀土元素La的加入可以使铝润湿 Al2 O3,其润湿角从 90 .5°减小到 80°左右。L a与 Al2 O3在液 /固界面反应生成 La2 O3是改善铝对 Al2 O3润湿性的主要原因。
The non-wetting of Al 2 O 3 by liquid aluminum makes the composite material difficult to be prepared and its performance is hard to be improved. In this study, the improved droplet method was used to measure the wettability of pure aluminum and Al-La alloy on the surface of Al 2 O 3. The interface between Al-La alloy and Al 2 O 3 was analyzed by electron probe. The results show that the addition of a small amount of rare earth element La can make aluminum wetting Al 2 O 3 with the wetting angle decreasing from 90.5 ° to 80 °. The reaction of L a with Al 2 O 3 at the liquid / solid interface to form La 2 O 3 is the main reason for improving the wettability of aluminum to Al 2 O 3.
