晋东南地区煤炭储量丰富,这一地区对煤炭的开采与利用早已出现。作为一个地理上较为封闭的区域,煤炭为该地经济的发展注入了活力,成为泽潞商帮崛起的客观上的一个重要因素。清末民初之时,山西工业开始近代转型,研究当时该地的煤炭需求状况,以至煤炭产业转型未获成功的原因具有重大的理论与现实意义。 Southeast of Shanxi Province, rich in coal reserves, the mining and utilization of the region has already appeared.
