目的:研究见血清中的化学成分并进行分离鉴定。方法:将见血清药材粉碎,用95%乙醇在85℃下回流提取,所得提取物减压浓缩回收溶剂得总浸膏,再将其用蒸馏水分散,然后依次用等体积石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取,得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位。运用硅胶柱色谱,LH-20羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱对石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,获得单体化合物。并根据单体化合物理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从见血清95%提取物的石油醚和乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到12个化合物,分别是对羟基苯甲酸(1),原儿茶酸(2),对羟基肉桂酸(3),反式阿魏酸二十二烷酯(4),顺式阿魏酸二十二烷酯(5),豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(6),橙皮内酯水合物(7),花椒毒酚(8),橙皮油内酯烯(9),豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10),香草酸(11)和对羟基苯甲醛(12)。结论:化合物1~10为首次从羊耳蒜属植物中分离得到,化合物11为首次从脉羊耳兰中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the serum and to isolate and identify. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extract of 95% serum, which were p-hydroxybenzoic acid, protocatechuic acid, p-hydroxycinnamic acid, , Behenyl trans ferulate (4), behenyl cis ferulate (5), stigmaster-4-en-3-one (6) (8), orange peel lactone (9), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10), vanillic acid (11) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde 12). Conclusion: Compounds 1-10 were isolated from the genus Asclepias for the first time, and compound 11 was isolated from the genus Irenium for the first time.
