目的:分析妊娠期牙龈炎患者的口腔健康状况与口腔健康教育。方法:选取广州市越秀区妇幼保健院90例妊娠期牙龈炎患者,收取时间为2015年1月至2016年2月,分析妊娠期牙龈炎患者的口腔健康状况,再根据不同的健康教育分为两组,对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者实施口腔健康教育,将两组妊娠期牙龈炎患者的健康知识掌握评分、健康行为主动率进行对比。结果:观察组患者健康知识掌握评分(80.45±1.28)分高于对照组健康知识掌握评分(65.40±1.26)分(P<0.05),观察组妊娠期牙龈炎患者健康行为主动率95.56%高于对照组患者健康行为主动率66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:通过对妊娠期牙龈炎患者的口腔健康状况进行分析后,再对患者实施口腔健康教育,不仅能提高健康知识掌握评分,还能增加健康行为主动率。
Objective: To analyze oral health status and oral health education in patients with gingivitis during pregnancy. Methods: 90 pregnant women with gingivitis were selected from Yuexiu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Guangzhou. The collection period was from January 2015 to February 2016, and the oral health status of gingivitis patients during pregnancy was analyzed. According to different health education, Two groups, the control group of patients to implement routine health education, observation group patients oral health education, the two groups of gingivitis patients in pregnancy grasp of health knowledge grading, healthy behavioral initiative rates were compared. Results: The grading of health knowledge in observation group (80.45 ± 1.28) was higher than that of control group (65.40 ± 1.26) (P <0.05). The active rate of health behavior in gingivitis in observation group was 95.56% The control group patients’ health behavior initiative rate was 66.67% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Oral health education in patients with gingivitis can be improved by oral health education in patients with gestational gingivitis, which can not only improve the mastery of health knowledge, but also increase the active rate of health behaviors.
