在生化实验的基础上提出了血小板在凝血中作用的动力学模型，通过定性分析和数值模拟，得到了血小板的激活比率、因子Ⅷ、Ⅸ对凝血酶生成有重要影响的一系列结论。
On the basis of biochemical experiments, the kinetic model of platelets’ role in coagulation was proposed. Through qualitative analysis and numerical simulation, we got a series of conclusions that platelet activation ratio and factors Ⅷ and Ⅸ have an important influence on the formation of thrombin.
