该文建立福建省创新型企业综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法赋权的TOPSIS模型及多元分析对福建省9个地区2013年的189家创新型企业进行综合评价和实证分析。结果表明,各地区创新型企业的创新绩效受研发经费投入强度、授权发明专利数、产学研比例三个因素影响较大,多元线性回归分析表明,各地区创新型企业绩效排名能代表各地区GDP排名水平,二者之间存在极强的关联性。最后,针对各地区创新型企业间发展不均问题,提出了促进福建省创新型企业平衡发展的策略和建议。
This article establishes the index system of comprehensive evaluation of innovative enterprises in Fujian Province, and uses TOPSIS model and multivariate analysis of entropy method weights to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and empirical analysis of 189 innovative enterprises in nine regions of Fujian Province in 2013. The results show that the innovation performance of innovation-oriented enterprises in all regions is greatly influenced by the intensity of R & D spending, the number of invention patents granted and the ratio of production, education and research. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the performance ranking of innovative enterprises in each region can represent the GDP Ranking level, there is a strong correlation between the two. Finally, in view of the uneven development of innovative enterprises in all regions, the paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to promote the balanced development of innovative enterprises in Fujian Province.
