一引言压力模铸(Pressure Die-Casting)是把溶體或半溶體的金属,用相当高的压力压入金属模子内,数秒钟后便由模中取出完成的铸件。本文标题採用压力模铸,依笔者意见其原因有二:——(一)舆压力模铸性質极相似者,尚有重力模铸(Gravity Die-Casting),卽利用金属本身的重量,使溶化金属流入模子中。(二)在铸铁或铸钢业中,也有利用特种化学材料,安置在冒口或澆口中。当铸件外表凝结时,此种化学材料便发生气体,产生压力
I. INTRODUCTION Pressure Die-Casting is the casting of a solution or semi-dissolved metal that is pressed into a metal mold with a relatively high pressure and removed from the mold after a few seconds. The title of this article is die-casting. There are two reasons for this, according to the author’s opinion:- (a) If the pressure die-casting properties are very similar, there is Gravity Die-Casting. The crucible uses the weight of the metal itself to dissolve it. Metal flows into the mold. (b) In the cast iron or cast steel industry, special chemical materials are also used and placed in risers or gates. When the outer surface of the casting condenses, the chemical material generates gas and generates pressure.
