Q420C方坯连铸时出现了严重的表面开裂现象,轧后表现为角钢的边部开裂。本文应用Gleeble3500热/力模拟试验机研究了该钢的高温塑性。分析表明,Q420C钢在连铸时的严重开裂,除与材料本身具有的极强裂纹敏感性有关外,还与二冷区的冷却强度过大以及喷嘴位置配置得不合理有关。避免或减轻Q420C钢在连铸生产时开裂的改进措施是采用柔和的冷却策略。
Q420C billet continuous casting appeared a serious phenomenon of surface cracking, rolling the angle of the performance of the edge of the crack. In this paper, Gleeble3500 heat / force simulation test machine to study the high temperature plasticity of the steel. The analysis shows that the severe cracking of Q420C steel during continuous casting is related not only to the extremely strong crack sensitivity of the material itself, but also to the excessive cooling intensity of the second cooling zone and the incorrect placement of the nozzles. Improvements to avoid or mitigate the cracking of the Q420C steel during continuous casting are based on a gentle cooling strategy.
