沙曲矿为高瓦斯矿井,北翼回风大巷在掘进过程中要通过5#突出煤层,为了保证安全施工,对5#煤层采取以钻孔瓦斯排放为主的防突措施。本文根据现场实际情况,通过合理布置瓦斯排放钻孔,使5#煤层相对瓦斯含量由14.74 m3/t降至8 m3/t以下,排放量达到煤层应控制范围内瓦斯总量的46%以上,同时通过采取有效的防突措施,北翼回风大巷安全地揭过了5#突出煤层,这对同类巷道的安全施工具有重要的指导意义。
Shaqu mine is a high-gas mine. In the north wing return airway, the No. 5 # coal seam is to be advanced during excavation. In order to ensure safe construction, anti-outburst measures based on gas emission from boreholes are adopted for No.5 seam. According to the actual situation in the field, the gas content of No.5 coal seam is reduced from 14.74 m3 / t to below 8 m3 / t through reasonable layout of gas drainage boreholes, and the discharge reaches more than 46% of the total gas within the controllable coal seam. At the same time, by taking effective measures against outbursts, the north wing return airway safely exposed No. 5 outburst coal seam, which has important guiding significance for the safe construction of similar roadway.
