不論是修筑全部装配式桥墩,还是修筑装配整体式桥墩,都可采用鋼筋骨架。大家知道,在处理任何一个桥墩方案时,在高水位变动范围內最好保存平面为流綫型的整体結构。在桥墩的各个側面布置鋼筋骨架,在桥梁正面可以大大縮小桥墩尺寸,从而大大降低混凝土圬工量。桥墩上部(高水位以上)可以做成几个单独的柱子,它的横向用頂帽連接起来。縮小桥墩上部尺寸,也需采用鋼筋骨架。使用最小量混凝土用于鋼桥跨(l_p=66m)的全部裝配式桥墩示于图1。
Whether it is to build all the prefabricated piers, or the construction of integrated piers, can be used steel skeleton. As we all know, in the process of any one of the piers, it is better to keep the overall streamlined structure in the range of high water level. Arrangement of steel skeletons on each side of piers can greatly reduce the piers’ size on the front of the bridge, thus greatly reducing the amount of concrete slab work. The upper part of the piers (above the high water level) can be made up of several individual columns, with the crosswise top hat connected. Reduce the size of the upper pier, also need to use steel skeleton. All prefabricated piers for a steel bridge span (l_p = 66m) using a minimum amount of concrete are shown in Figure 1.
