本文论述了有关专用车轮外形开发的研究情况,叙述了北美铁路设计新型标准可换车轮外形的过程。利用平均磨耗型车轮外形及基于钢轨膨胀形的车轮外形二种技术导出了新的替代外形,这二种方法都为备选外形提供了良好的设计基础。但是,最初形成的车轮外形应作进一步的修正,以适应设计任务的特殊要求,这一修改是通过计算机对每个车轮的动态应力和接触应力的特性进行全面分析来完成的。
This article discusses the research on the development of special wheel profiles and describes the process of changing the wheel shape for the new North American railway design standards. A new alternative profile was derived using both average worn wheel profile and wheel profile based rail expansion, both of which provide a good design basis for the alternative profile. However, the wheel profile initially formed should be further modified to suit the specific requirements of the design task, which was accomplished by a computerized analysis of the dynamic stress and contact stress characteristics of each wheel.
