环形预应力盾构管片摩阻损失测试与研究

基于某国内预应力工程,首次对原型预应力盾构管片结构环衬砌进行摩阻损失测试。采用夹片-P锚结合的环锚技术,对预应力管片环施加预应力,以满足其承受内水压和外荷载的要求,较准确地获得了环形预应力盾构管片摩阻损失。同时初步确定摩阻系数,并对试验数据进行处理和分析。结果表明,测试结果与设计理论值比较吻合,可以满足实际试验要求。 Based on a domestic prestressing project, the friction loss test of the ring lining of the prototype prestressed shield segment structure was carried out for the first time. The prestressing force is applied to the prestressed segment ring by the ring anchor technology combined with the clip-P anchor to meet the requirements of the inner water pressure and the outer load. The friction loss of the annular prestressed shield segment . At the same time, the initial friction coefficient is determined, and the experimental data are processed and analyzed. The results show that the test results are in good agreement with the design theoretical values ​​to meet the actual test requirements.
