建立了模拟感应淬火过程的物理模型并合理划区、加载相应的材料物性参数,分析了感应淬火工艺参数变化对模拟结果的影响,得到了模拟计算时相应的计算参数确定原则。感应淬火淬硬层深度的预测采用了五种预测方法进行计算预测,给出了零件感应淬火淬硬层深度预测值的相应误差,针对五种预测方法的特点,提出了零件感应淬火淬硬层深度的预测方法组合联动处理思路。
The physical model of simulated induction hardening process was established and the rational delineation was carried out. The physical parameters of the corresponding materials were loaded.
