2004年和2005年两年,我国国内共有42次汽车召回,召回汽车39.5万辆;2006年共有40次汽车召回,召回汽车33.6万辆;2007年到4月6日截止,共有9次汽车召回,召回汽车52.9万辆。从2004年汽车召回制度建立到2007年以来的这3年中,国内汽车累计召回数量已达126万辆。次数如此之多,涉及数量如此之大,为了保证有缺陷的车辆无一遗漏地被及时发现并被及时召回,这就对汽车企业的质量管理提出了更为严格的要求,与此同时,各个汽车制造商也越来越清楚地认识到当发生缺陷时进行质量追溯的重要性。通过相关的系统收集、保存车辆及车主信息等的相关记录档案在《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》中做了的明确规定,但更重要的是企业自身适应未来发展的必然需求。
In 2004 and 2005, there were 42 car recalls and 395,000 car recalls in China; 40 car recalls and 336,000 car recalls in 2006; and 9 car recalls from 2007 to April 6 , Recalled 529,000 cars.
