[目的]建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)的八级杆碰撞反应池技术,同时测定污灌区白菜中铬(Cr)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)含量的方法。[方法]样品经微波消解,通过蠕动泵在线加入内标校正基体干扰和漂移及八级杆碰撞反应池消除质谱干扰,采用ICP-MS测定污灌区白菜中的10种元素。[结果]对于所测元素,相关系数均大于0.999 5,方法的检出限均小于1.96μg/L,加标回收率为80.5%~119.8%,相对标准偏差(精密度)为0.93%~9.84%(n=10)。污灌A区白菜中Cr、Zn、Hg、Pb含量高于对照区,污灌B区Cr、Zn、Hg、Pb含量高于对照区,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]可应用八级杆碰撞反应池ICP-MS同时测定污灌区白菜中的10种元素,该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish an eight-rod collision reaction cell technology with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and determine the contents of Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Arsenic, Se, Mo, Cd, Hg and Pb. [Method] The samples were subjected to microwave digestion. The internal standard was added to the sample to correct the interference and drift of substrate and the mass spectrometry interference in the eight-rod collision reaction tank. The 10 elements in cabbage in sewage irrigation area were determined by ICP-MS. [Result] The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999 5 for all the elements tested. The detection limits were all less than 1.96 μg / L, the spiked recoveries were 80.5% -119.8%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.93% -9.84 % (n = 10). The content of Cr, Zn, Hg and Pb in cabbage in the area A was higher than that in the control area. The content of Cr, Zn, Hg and Pb in area B was higher than that in the control area (P <0.05). [Conclusion] This method can be used for simultaneous determination of 10 elements in cabbage in sewage irrigation area by using ICP-MS with eight-rod collision cell. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
