给SD雄性大鼠饮用含氟化钠、亚硒酸钠及氟化钠和亚硒酸钠的水溶液8周,观察硒对氟致睾丸脂质过氧化和微量元素铜、锌、铁、硒含量改变的影响.结果表明,氟化物可使睾丸组织中的脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量明显增加,铜、锌、铁含量升高而硒含量降低.同时补硒对氟诱导的睾丸脂质过氧化具有明显的拮抗作用,对氟致睾丸组织中的铜升高利硒降低也有一定的拮抗作用,而对锌、铁含量升高则具有明显的协同作用。因此可以认为,氟致睾丸损害的机理与其诱发的脂质过氧化作用有关,而硒对氟致脂质过氧化则具有明显的拮抗作用.
