叶片在毛坯铸造后的热处理过程中会出现许多缺陷,严重影响产品质量。从其结构特点入手,经分析铸后热处理工艺过程,发现产生各种缺陷的原因,提出了“立式装炉、一次正火处理、整体热校”的防变形技术。结果表明,可大幅减少大中型铸钢件铸造后热处理发生的各种缺陷,铸造后的热处理质量显著提高。
There are many defects in the heat treatment of the blade after casting, which seriously affects the product quality. Starting from its structural features, the article analyzes the heat treatment process after casting and finds out the causes of various defects, and puts forward the anti-deformation technology of “vertical furnace installation, normalizing treatment and overall thermal calibration”. The results show that all kinds of defects occurred after heat treatment of castings of medium and large castings can be drastically reduced, and the quality of heat treatment after casting is significantly improved.
