目的:研究分析人性化护理管理在内科护理中的应用。方法:选取我院内科收治的150例患者,按先后顺序分为对照组及观察组,每组各75例,其中对照组常规护理,观察组予以人性化护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组中患者护理满意有72例(96.0%),护理有效的有74例(98.67%),对照组护理满意的有67例(89.33%),护理有效的有70例(93.33%),两者间具有显著差异,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在内科护理中应用人性化护理管理可有效改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,在护理工作中具有重要的意义,值得推广及应用。
Objective: To study and analyze the application of humanized nursing management in internal medicine nursing. Methods: A total of 150 patients admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received humanized nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: There were 72 patients (96.0%) in the observation group and 74 patients (98.67%) in the nursing group, 67 (89.33%) in the control group and 70 (93.33%) in the nursing group. , With significant difference between the two, P <0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: The application of humanized nursing management in medical nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and improve patient satisfaction with nursing. It is of great significance in nursing work and worthy of promotion and application.
