A reader sent E-mail: I am a junior in Kunming, Yunnan, and I am 21 years old. I was watching Jackie Chan, Jet Li’s Kung Fu movies grew up, which sprouted the love of Chinese martial arts, with age, this feeling is getting stronger and stronger. I love martial arts, but also like to practice martial arts, but my legs are inherently O-shaped legs, but also flatfoot, walked away from the character, walk for a long time the foot hurts. What is even more painful is that some martial arts moves (such as rest) make it easy for people to get there, but I was very strenuous and not very good at it because of my health. May I ask, like me, is it suitable for practicing martial arts? What boxing is suitable for people like me practice? Also I would like to ask teachers, how to improve the ability to spring and body coordination?
