带钢塔式酸洗是一种较为先进的酸洗方法,具有产量高,质量好,劳动强度低,操作环境好,占地面积少等特点。上钢十厂在七十年代初着手试验,并建成国内第一座带钢塔式盐酸酸洗机组。机组投产初期,发现带钢跑偏量很大,需人工控制,劳动强度甚大,中途停车频繁,生产率低,班产量仅10T左右。有时由于未发现跑偏及时纠回而使设备损坏,带钢报废,造成停产。为解决这个缺陷,我厂与上海工业大学自动化系、浙江大学液压系联合攻关。经反
Strip steel pickling is a more advanced pickling method, with high yield, good quality, low labor intensity, good operating environment, small footprint and so on.
