蚜虫是马铃薯病毒病的主要传播媒介。马铃薯感染病毒病后会因退化而减产,造成经济损失。近年来我省采用了茎尖脱毒技术,以脱毒种薯作种,为解决马铃薯退化问题开辟了新的途径。但脱毒种薯在生产上使用后由于受蚜虫危害会再次感染病毒而退化。因此,在推广脱毒种薯的同时必须解决保种技术措施,延长其在生产上的使用年限,以达持续增产的目的。
Aphids are the major vectors of potato virus disease. Potato virus infection will be reduced due to degeneration, resulting in economic losses. In recent years, our province has adopted the technology of shoot tip virus-free, with virus-free seed as seed, in order to solve the problem of potato degeneration opened up a new way. However, detoxification of seed in the production of potato due to the risk of re-infected with aphids degenerate. Therefore, in popularizing virus-free seed potato, it is necessary to solve the technical measures for preserving the seed and prolong the useful life of the seed in order to achieve continuous production increase.
