缺铁性贫血(Iron deficiency anemia,IDA)是小儿最常见的一种营养性贫血,6月龄至3岁婴儿发病率最高。成年男性为10%,女性20%以上,孕妇40%。以色列小儿为52%。有作者调查美国12~18月龄婴儿,经济富裕者发病率为4~8%,经济生活低下者发病率为40%,另在纽约调查427例3~36月龄小儿,血红蛋白(Hb)在10克以下者,黑人为21.3%,波多黎各人为11.4%,白种人2.4%。印度6月~6岁小儿 Hb 在11克以下,6岁~14岁12克以下者约35%~50%。我国部份省市1980年曾普查7岁以下小儿27,052例,Hb在12克以下者,多数城市为25%~65%,农村
Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is the most common form of nutritional anemia in children, with the highest incidence among infants aged 6 months to 3 years. Adult males 10%, females 20%, pregnant women 40%. Children in Israel are 52%. Some authors investigated the United States 12 to 18-month-old infants, the incidence of economic affluence of 4 to 8%, the incidence of economic life was 40%, and another in New York 427 cases of 3 to 36 months of age children, hemoglobin (Hb) in Under 10 grams, 21.3% of blacks, 11.4% of Puerto Ricans and 2.4% of Caucasians. India June to 6-year-old children with Hb less than 11 grams, 6-year-old to 14-year-old 12 grams of about 35% to 50%. In some provinces and cities in China, we surveyed 27,052 infants under 7 years of age in 1980, and those with Hb below 12 grams accounted for 25% to 65% in most cities and rural areas
