通过盆栽试验方法,研究不同容重、含水量及分期播种对玉米苗期根际土壤酶活性(蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶)和微生物量碳、氮的变化规律。结果表明:容重、含水量、分期播种及三者交互对玉米苗期根际土壤微生物酶活性及微生物量碳、氮含量作用显著。晚播、高含水量能显著提高玉米苗期根际土壤酶活性、微生物量碳和氮含量。对于根际土壤微生物活性,最适容重为1.3 g/cm~3,最佳处理为B_(1.3)M_(70)T_2。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the changes of soil enzyme activities (invertase, urease, phosphatase, catalase) and microbial biomass C and N in rhizosphere of maize seedlings with different bulk density, water content and staged seeding. The results showed that the effects of bulk density, water content, sowing and three interactions on microbial enzyme activities and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen of rhizosphere soil at maize seedling stage were significant. Late sowing, high water content could significantly increase rhizosphere soil enzyme activity, microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content at maize seedling stage. The rhizosphere soil microbial activity, the optimum bulk density of 1.3 g / cm ~ 3, the best treatment for B 1.3 M 70 T 2.
