本文报告了８９例全喉切除术后患者的上消化道语言重建，成功率为８９．９％（８０／８９），发声良好者６５例（７３．０％）。介绍发声训练的组织安排、方法及不同类型手术的发声机理，并对发声效果进行评价。
This article reports the speech reconstruction of upper gastrointestinal tract in 89 patients with total laryngectomy, with a success rate of 89.9% (80/89) and 65 patients (73.0%) with good speech. Introduce the organization and method of vocal training and the vocal mechanism of different types of operation, and evaluate the vocal effects.
