文章探讨长期有规律的太极拳运动对中老年女性体成分和心血管系统机能的影响。对27名参加太极拳运动的50-65岁的中老年女子在练习前、练习6个月后体成分、心血管系统机能的指标进行测试,实验结果表明:长期太极拳运动后,中老年女性的体成分能得到有效改善,表现于体成分指标中体重、身体脂肪含量、体脂百分比、腰臀脂肪比率各项指标均有显著性变化;安静状态下心率、血压呈显著性下降,说明太极拳能够提高中老年女性心血管系统的机能,推迟心脏衰退老化的过程。
The article discusses the long-term regular Taijiquan exercise on the body composition of elderly women and cardiovascular system function. Twenty-seven aged and middle-aged women aged 50-65 who participated in Taijiquan exercise were tested before and 6 months after practice. The results showed that after long-term Taijiquan exercise, middle-aged and older women Of the body composition can be effectively improved, manifested in the body composition index body weight, body fat content, body fat percentage, waist hip fat ratio of various indicators have significant changes; quiet state of heart rate, blood pressure was significantly decreased, indicating that Tai Chi Fist can improve the function of cardiovascular system in middle-aged and elderly women, delaying the process of aging of heart failure.
