报道闭合性颅脑损伤４０例，经ＣＴ或ＭＲＩ检查有脑挫裂伤或颅内血肿，临床上有不同程度昏迷史２７例。应用中药大黄、葶苈子、血竭、茯苓、胆星、桃红四物汤加减等药内服，加用川穹嗪、参麦注射液静脉用药；早期应用渗透性降颅压药──甘露醇，部分病例加用肾上腺皮质激素治疗，取得了满意的结果。治愈１９例，显效１７例，减轻４例。
