在 Ag 基带上非平衡凝固熔敷超导厚膜,用激光区熔法制备组织致密、有明显织构取向、与基材结合牢固的柔性 Bi 系超导复合带材。研究了该超导材料的定向结晶特征、凝固表面和内层组织形态、相分布与组成及超导层同基材的结合。此法开辟了制备高 J_c 实用超导带材的新途径。
Non-equilibrium solidification of superconducting thick film deposited on the Ag substrate, the use of laser zone melting method to prepare a dense tissue with obvious texture orientation, and the substrate with a solid flexible Bi-based superconducting composite tape. The directional crystallization characteristics of the superconducting material, the microstructure and phase distribution and composition of the solidified surface and inner layer, and the combination of the superconducting layer and the substrate were investigated. This method has opened up a new way to prepare high J_c practical superconducting tapes.
