当高效过滤器由于层高等原因不能设置在终端的静压箱时,经过高效过滤器的送风将受到后面管道和静压箱的污染,达不到应有的洁净度。文中介绍了最初酝酿的阻漏层概念及由此产生的新末端装置,有效防止送风气流被污染,改善其速度的均匀性和气流的平行度。文中给出了这一概念的最初实际检验情况,即工程试用的测定结果及两年内试用效果的跟踪,最后对常规的及新末端装置的做法作了工程上的经济比较,认为值得推广。
When a high-efficiency filter cannot be installed in the static pressure box of the terminal due to a higher layer, the air passing through the high-efficiency filter will be contaminated by the rear pipe and the static pressure box, and the required cleanliness cannot be achieved. The concept of the first brewing barrier layer and the resulting new end device are introduced in this article to effectively prevent the supply air flow from being contaminated and improve the uniformity of the velocity and the parallelism of the air flow. This paper presents the initial actual test of this concept, that is, the results of the trial test of the project and the tracking of the trial results within two years. Finally, an economic comparison of the conventional and new terminal installations is made and it is considered worthy of promotion.
