采用 NADPH 氧化还原法测定9个透明晶体与53个老年性白内障晶体的醛糖还原酶(AR)活性,其结果:透明晶体的 AR 活性为1.92土1.90(N=9),老年性皮质性白内障晶体 AR 活性为3.72±2.54(N=42),老年性核性白内障晶体 AR 活性为3.89±1.92(N=11)。按统计学分析老年性皮质性白内障与核性白内障晶体的 AR 活性均明显高于透明者(P〈0.05),但皮质性白内障晶体的 AR 活性与核性白内障晶体的AR 活性比较未发现明显差别(P〉0.05)。
The aldose reductase (AR) activity of 9 transparent and 53 senile cataract crystals was determined by NADPH redox method. The results showed that the AR activity of the transparent crystal was 1.92 ± 1.90 (N = 9), senile cortical cataract The crystal AR activity was 3.72 ± 2.54 (N = 42), and the senile nuclear cataract crystal AR activity was 3.89 ± 1.92 (N = 11). The AR activity of senile cortical cataract and nuclear cataract were statistically higher than those of the transparent (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the AR activity of cortical cataract and the activity of nuclear cataract (P> 0.05).
