In the framework of Cole et al. (2005), the paper constructs a model to analyze the impact of factors such as grouping, environmental regulations and degree of foreign participation in vertical specialization on the competitiveness of China’s industrial trade. On this basis, the empirical analysis of the vertical specialization of different industries and environmental rules, foreign participation, material capital density and other factors on the competitiveness of trade reached the following conclusions: Most of the industries with high trade competitiveness belong to low-emission industries , China did not become a pollution industry “refuge ” in the international industrial transfer. In the industry groups with higher vertical specialization, the degree of foreign participation has a significant positive effect on the competitiveness of the trade. However, in the case of the degree of vertical specialization Low industry groups and foreign participation have no significant effect on trade competitiveness; human capital and capital density are not the main sources of China’s industrial and commercial competitiveness.
