设计的新型三环减速器主要由圆弧齿同步齿形带、小带轮、大带轮、曲柄轴、传动环板、输出轴、外齿轮和箱体等组成。介绍了减速器的结构、工作原理、特点以及用于抽油机的可行性。传动环板及转臂偏心轴惯性力和惯性力矩的计算结果表明 ,这种减速器传动机构的惯性力和惯性力矩理论上是完全平衡的。根据滑动轴承理论 ,新型三环减速器设计了油膜浮动机构 ,使减速器在运行中均载、减振效果明显 ,受力较为合理。
The design of the new three-ring reducer is mainly composed of arc tooth synchronous toothed belt, small pulley, large pulley, crankshaft, transmission ring plate, output shaft, external gear and box. The structure, working principle, characteristics and feasibility of the reducer are introduced. The calculation results of the inertia and moment of inertia of the transmission ring plate and the arm show that the inertial force and moment of inertia of the transmission mechanism are theoretically completely balanced. According to the theory of plain bearing, the new type three-ring gear reducer designed the oil film floating mechanism, which made the reducer load in operation, and the damping effect was obvious and the force was more reasonable.
