基于螺杆啮合原理,通过数学推导,得到单头等螺距梯形内凹型线的完整型线方程,包括齿面方程、端面截形以及轴向截形。给出了面积利用系数公式以及理论抽速公式,讨论了型线中各参数对干式螺杆真空泵的性能的影响。最后运用Solidworks软件建模,通过模拟啮合,验证了型线方程的正确性—拥有完整的啮合线,且啮合运转过程中不会发生齿面干涉。
Based on the principle of screw engagement, the complete line equation of single-head equal-pitch trapezium concave line is obtained through mathematical derivation, including the tooth surface equation, the end face truncation and the axial truncation. The formula of area utilization factor and the theoretical pumping speed formula are given, and the influence of each parameter on the performance of dry screw vacuum pump is discussed. Finally, using Solidworks software modeling, through the simulation of meshing, the correctness of the profile equation was verified - with a complete meshing line and no tooth surface interference during meshing operation.
