以80 MN等温煤炭机械锻造液压机为研究对象,从煤炭机械锻造液压机的工作原理和控制精度要求出发,结合电液控制技术,采用PLC与PID闭环控制相结合的方法,研制了一种具有高可靠性和可维护性的锻造液压机控制系统,完成了对液压机的锻造速度和4个液压缸同步的控制。对液压机的各项参数做了测试,并给出了实际系统运行中采集的实验数据和相关曲线,实验表明,速度误差控制在5%之内,且动态响应好,同步精度满足系统要求。
