目的 :了解狼疮肾炎 (LN)肾组织中CD13 4 (OX40 )的表达并探讨其与LN肾脏病理改变和肾功能损害的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学方法对 4 0例LN患者肾组织CD13 4 的表达进行检测 ,并对其与LN的肾脏病理改变和肾功能损害的相关性进行分析。结果 :LN患者肾组织中 ,CD13 4 表达显著上调 ,尤其以WHOⅣ型LN更为明显。除系膜细胞、内皮细胞和远曲小管CD13 4 表达明显增强外 ,肾间质毛细血管和大血管内皮细胞亦有CD13 4 表达阳性的浸润细胞。LN肾组织CD13 4 表达与LN肾脏病理活动指数和肾功能损害显著相关。结论 :LN患者确实存在CD13 4 共刺激分子的异常表达 ,这在LN的发生和发展中可能起着重要的作用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of CD14 (OX40) in renal tissue of lupus nephritis (LN) and to explore its relationship with pathological changes of renal nephropathy and renal dysfunction. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CD13 4 in renal tissue of 40 LN patients. The correlation between the expression of CD13 4 and renal pathological changes and renal dysfunction was analyzed. Results: The expression of CD13 4 was significantly up-regulated in LN patients, especially in WHO Ⅳ LN. In addition to mesangial cells, endothelial cells and distal tubule CD13 4 expression was significantly enhanced, the renal interstitial capillaries and large endothelial cells also have CD13 4 positive infiltrating cells. LN kidney tissue CD13 4 expression and LN renal pathological activity index and renal dysfunction were significantly correlated. CONCLUSIONS: The abnormal expression of CD13 4 costimulatory molecules does exist in patients with LN, which may play an important role in the development and progression of LN
