留守儿童的教育问题,不仅关系到留守儿童自身的健康成长也关系到农村教育的改革和发展,甚至会影响我国教育的整体发展,关系到农村社会经济的协调发展,关系到我国社会的发展进程。针对农村留守学生的身心特点和教育现状,我们认为高等教育的导师制可以适当借鉴到农村留守学生的教育之中,与传统班主任制相结合,可以发挥很好的教育效果。

Regarding the physical and mental characteristics and educational status of left-behind students in rural areas, we believe that the mentoring system for higher education can be properly used as a reference for rural left-behind students.
