For better system thermal design, performance evaluation, thermal economics analysis and optimization. This paper established a perfect exergy analysis model of MSF system. It provides detailed exergy analysis including chemical exergy changes at different stages and processes in the system. Case studies show that the exergy analysis model established in this paper has high precision and can be widely used in system analysis and evaluation
