目的:为验证高职生自立人格、寻求反馈动机与职业自我胜任感的关系。方法:采用青少年自立人格量表、寻求反馈动机量表及自编的职业自我胜任感量表,对546名高职大学生进行调查。结果:高职生自立人格及职业自我胜任感均处于中等偏上水平;自立人格、寻求反馈动机及职业自我胜任感两两正相关,且自立人格、寻求反馈动机均能正向预测职业自我胜任感;寻求反馈动机在个人自立及人际自立与职业自我胜任感之间起部分中介的作用。
Objective: To verify the self-supporting personality of higher vocational students, find the relationship between feedback motivation and professional self-responsibility. Methods: Adolescents self-reliance personality scale, seeking feedback motivation scale and self-occupation self-responsibility scale, 546 vocational college students were investigated. Results: The self-reliance personality and occupational self-esteem of the students in higher vocational school are all at the upper middle level. The self-reliance personality, seeking feedback motivation and occupational self-esteem are positively correlated with each other, and their self-reliance personality and seeking feedback motivation all positively predict their self-competence The motivation to seek feedback is partly mediated by the individual self-reliance and interpersonal independence and professional self-esteem.
