目的 研究人格特征与长潜伏期听觉诱发电位之间的相关性。方法 采用MMPI人格问卷、泽克曼的感觉寻求量表、泽克曼 -库赫曼人格问卷测查 79名大学生的人格特征并测试长潜伏期听觉诱发电位。结果 1.Cz、C3 、C4三个部位的N1、P2 潜伏期随刺激强度的增加而缩短 ;N1、P2 以及N1 P2 波幅随刺激强度的增加而增加。 2 .高感觉寻求者Cz、C3 、C4三个部位2 0分钟后第二次测试的ASF斜率明显减小 ,与首次测试相比具有显著性差异。结论 长潜伏期听觉诱发电位的快速习惯化现象可能是高感觉寻求者的一个特征性神经电生理标志。实验结果支持泽克曼的感觉寻求理论 ,即感觉寻求这种人格特征与皮层唤醒水平有关。
Objective To study the correlation between personality traits and long latency auditory evoked potentials. Methods The personality characteristics of 79 college students were measured using the MMPI personality questionnaire, Zuckerman’s feeling seeking scale, and the Zuckerman-Kuhmann personality questionnaire and the long latency auditory evoked potentials were tested. Results 1. The N1, P2 latency of Cz, C3 and C4 decreased with the increase of stimulation intensity. The amplitude of N1, P2 and N1 P2 increased with the increase of stimulation intensity. The slope of ASF in the second test after 20 minutes of Cz, C3 and C4 were significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the first test. Conclusion The rapid acclimation of long-latency auditory evoked potentials may be a characteristic neuroelectrophysiological marker of high-sensitivity seekers. The experimental results support Zekerman’s sense of seeking theory that the quest for this personality trait is related to the level of cortical arousal.
